Returns & Exchanges

Once approved, the product must be returned within the 7-day return window.

Returned items must be new, unused, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, with all tags and original packaging intact.

A mandatory unboxing video (from the moment the package is opened) must be provided with all return/exchange requests.

Refunds will be processed within 2 business days of receiving and verifying the returned product.

Exchanges

Non-Acceptance of Returns/Exchanges
