Shipping & Return

At Ravico, your satisfaction is our top priority. We deliver premium-quality products with utmost care, but if you face any issue, our Refund & Exchange Policy ensures a smooth and fair process.

Returns & Exchanges

  • We accept returns and exchanges for both defective and non-defective products.

  • Customers must contact us within 48 hours (2 days) of delivery to request a return or exchange.

  • Once approved, the product must be returned within the 7-day return window.

  • Returned items must be new, unused, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, with all tags and original packaging intact.

  • A mandatory unboxing video (from the moment the package is opened) must be provided with all return/exchange requests.

  • A restocking fee of ₹200 will be deducted from the refund amount.

Method & Process

  • Returns must be sent by mail.

  • A return label is included in the package (Free).

  • Refunds will be processed within 2 business days of receiving and verifying the returned product.

  • No restocking fee is charged.

Damaged or Incorrect Products

  • If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • After verification, we will send a replacement or issue a refund at no additional cost.

Exchanges

  • Exchanges are accepted if the product doesn’t fit or if a different size is required.

  • Requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery, and the product must reach us within the 7-day window.

  • If the requested size is unavailable, we will issue a credit note valid for 30 days.

Cancellations

  • Prepaid orders cannot be canceled.

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) orders may be canceled within 24 hours by emailing us at ravico2024@gmail.com.

  • Ravico reserves the right to make the final decision on cancellations.

Non-Acceptance of Returns/Exchanges

We cannot accept returns or exchanges in the following cases:

  • Products used, washed, worn, or damaged by the customer.

  • Dissatisfaction with fabric, texture, or color tone (please review product descriptions carefully).

  • Minor color variations due to screen resolution or lighting (up to 10–12%).

  • Sale or discounted items, which are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
