Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns and exchanges for both defective and non-defective products.

Customers must contact us within 48 hours (2 days) of delivery to request a return or exchange.

Once approved, the product must be returned within the 7-day return window.

Returned items must be new, unused, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, with all tags and original packaging intact.

A mandatory unboxing video (from the moment the package is opened) must be provided with all return/exchange requests.
- A restocking fee of ₹200 will be deducted from the refund amount.

Refunds will be processed within 2 business days of receiving and verifying the returned product.

Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

Exchanges

Cancellations

Prepaid orders cannot be canceled.

Cash on Delivery (COD) orders may be canceled within 24 hours by emailing us at ravico2024@gmail.com.

Non-Acceptance of Returns/Exchanges
We cannot accept returns or exchanges in the following cases:
